Q1: What kind of products do you offer?
Cultured diamonds are produced through technological methods such as high-temperature and high-pressure (HPHT) or chemical vapor deposition (CVD), in a laboratory to replicate the growth environment of natural diamonds. They possess the same physical, chemical and optical properties as natural diamonds, and are a category of diamonds that are environmentally friendly, cost-effective and have a dazzling appearance.
Diamonds are mainly cultivated through two processes: the high-temperature and high-pressure method (HPHT) and the chemical vapor deposition method (CVD). The former involves placing graphite columns containing graphite powder, diamond seeds, and metal catalysts into a reaction chamber with temperatures ranging from 1300 to 1600 degrees Celsius and pressures above 60 billion pascals. With the help of the metal catalyst, the graphite powder crystallizes on the seed within about a week, resulting in the formation of diamonds. The latter process takes place in a vacuum environment with high temperature and low pressure, where diamond seeds and carbon-containing gases are placed together in the reaction chamber. Active carbon atoms are decomposed and evenly deposited onto natural diamond thin sheets, and it takes about two weeks for the diamond thin sheets to increase in size to ten times their original size.
